Kate Carroll came to PSG as an Editorial Intern in 2012. She remained with the team part-time while completing her undergraduate degree at Emerson College. Kate graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Writing, Literature & Publishing and a minor in Business Studies.

Since joining the staff full-time, Kate has been able to combine her acute sense of language with her enthusiasm for education. She has gained a wide range of experience in copyediting, research and quality control. She spends her days ensuring that punctuation is in its proper place and that all pages adhere to the appropriate layout and style.

In addition to her role as Copyeditor, Kate also works with PSG’s sales team on various marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, and works closely with new interns as one of PSG’s internship supervisors.

Outside of the office, Kate enjoys adding to her never-ending travel bucketlist, chasing the next great sitcom and adding to her personal library. Some of her favorite books include Jess Walter’s Beautiful Ruins, Erin Morgenstern’s The Night Circus and Anthony Doerr’s All the Light We Cannot See.
