Don Ayer joined PSG in early 2010 as our Production Manager. With nearly 20 years of hands-on and management experience in the publishing field, Don is a highly skilled professional. He is responsible for all aspects of book production and is known for following client specifications to produce high-quality page layouts that are cost-effective and done within the schedule.

Prior to working at PSG, Don did freelance production and consulting work for publishers and developers. Before that, he worked as the Production Manager of the Art, Design & Production department for a developer. There, he managed fast-paced production of high-volume English and Spanish products for a variety of educational publishers.

Don is a self-described technophile who is constantly looking for the next great trivia challenge. Besides Jeopardy!, Don’s favorite things are IPAs (he brews his own!), his four cats and a good cup of cold brew coffee.
